PropCopy AI Privacy Policy

We collect the information necessary to provide and improve PropCopy AI:

• Account details: When you sign in, Supabase authentication provides your email address and a unique user ID. We use these only to identify your account, manage your subscription, and secure your saved listings.
• Listing inputs: We collect the property details, photos, and preferences you enter into the generator so our AI can produce platform-optimized titles and descriptions.

Your information is used exclusively to generate platform-optimized titles and descriptions for Airbnb, Zillow, and MLS listings, and to manage active user subscriptions. We do not sell, rent, or share user data with third parties for advertising or any other purpose.

The PropCopy AI Chrome Extension requests activeTab, scripting, storage, and host permissions solely to:

• Detect supported listing pages (such as Zillow, Airbnb, and VRBO).
• Store your local settings and preferences on your device.
• Auto-fill generated content into form fields only when you explicitly request it.

The extension does not track browsing history or run without your direct action.

All data in transit is encrypted using HTTPS. User credentials and sessions are secured via Supabase authentication, and saved listings are protected by row-level access controls so only you can read your data.
